Big Energy pushing SUVs for everyone – THEY JUST DON’T GET IT!

Read this: Gas prices fall because of economic and political manipulation and we instantly forget the reality of Climate Change. As this article from the Nation says, “The major (Big Energy) companies have gone on the offensive, extolling their contributions to human progress and minimizing the potential for renewables to replace fossil fuels in just about any imaginable future.” They even go so far as to say that “fossil fuels are an essential factor in eradicating poverty and achieving a decent life on this planet.” I think maybe something is missing from their formula, and of course the media continues to voice their propogangda. Good job “Nation”, now if only the message could get out.

The word “money” is not in the 1st Amendment unless you are Republican or on the Supreme Court.

Sign the petition: Although the 1st Amendment in our constitution never mentions the word “money” the right wing, big money and most of the Supreme Court have used all the power they have to place that word firmly within the interpretations of the 1st. Decisions like Citizens United and many more have gone on to say that corporations are people and evidently money has become their (unlimited) vocal cords. We need to reverse all of this and signing this petition seems a step in the right direction.

Violence and Pacifism are evidently taught – who would have thought?

Watch the video: ABC News recently aired this short video based on a report from Italy that shows that boys don’t have a natural tendency for violence against women, anything but!. One must wonder then, where does that come from? And what other behaviors are more likely taught than innate?
